Some moths also have really badass looking faces with seriously awesome antennae if you get to look closely at them. And really gorgeous patterns on their wings. I think they are rather under appreciated really. So, welcome to the Year of the Moth!!

I agree, there is something very endearing about their faces and antennae! And they really are beautiful in an understated way, something I never really appreciated until... um... I started writing this post. I'll definitely be taking a closer look at all the moths that cross my path this year :)

HaHappy new year! I agree on setting goals/resolutions later! January feels too hectic for a really good re-start/re-fresh -- I need more settling in time. Might I suggest adopting lunar new year? Fits in with the moon theme! :) Re: dream analysis, have you seen this article yet from the folks at Greater Good Science Center? "What Do Dreams Look Like Across Cultures?" https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/article/item/what_do_dreams_look_like_across_cultures

Super interesting!

That's so true, lunar new year is a great time for a refresh! I do usually feel like I'm coming out of post-holiday/winter-hibernation mode by the time it rolls around.

Thanks so much for the article, too... I hadn't seen that one, but it is quite fascinating and definitely piques my interest to dig deeper into cross-cultural dream experiences!
