Haha, I'm actually glad to hear that! I've been wanting to do more writing about this and am thinking about going into a lot more detail about the larger cast of characters/parts in my memoir (possibly in this space too). So it's good to know that you are intrigued ;)
Same here! Nothing else really clicked for me like IFS did—without it I'm not sure I would have been able to access and work through some of the stuff that had been haunting me for a looooong time.

IFS is the only thing that has ever made sense to me 🩷
